Hello, Jay. I'm afraid I can't ID what you have from this photo, as too much of the operator is obscured. In order to find a match, I need to see a clear picture of the entire operator mechanism out of the window. Let me know if that would be possible.

A home owner from New Jersey says:
Hi Tom
Sending you pictures of window open and close mechanism. I have 2 of those on the window
Attached are the pictures .

Aha, I recognize this part now. This is the old GU operator, which hasn't been made in a few years now. The good news is that we do have a working substitute. Please watch the video below, which will take you through it step by step.

A home owner from New Jersey says:
Hi Tom
Thanks for getting back . In need this part for both right and left window by kitchen sink. Are they same for both windows . How do I order all the whole assembly?
Thanks

Tom from SWISCO responded:

The parts used in the video suggested are the 39-316 operator, 39-514 bracket, 19-114L handle, and 39-105 detach clip. We also sell the opposite sides for these parts with our 39-315 operator and 39-513 bracket. The detach clip and handle would remain the same.

All orders can be placed directly on our site at your convenience.

A home owner from New Jersey says:
Thanks. I will order it on your site. Thanks for all the help.
