Silveline Casement Operators

I have a Silverline casement window in the kitchen, both right and left handle turner are broken and I would like to replace them , Is that possible and which product do you suggest i should get from your catalog.

Hello, Jay. I'm afraid I can't ID what you have from this photo, as too much of the operator is obscured. In order to find a match, I need to see a clear picture of the entire operator mechanism out of the window. Let me know if that would be possible.

Aha, I recognize this part now. This is the old GU operator, which hasn't been made in a few years now. The good news is that we do have a working substitute. Please watch the video below, which will take you through it step by step.

Thanks for getting back . In need this part for both right and left window by kitchen sink. Are they same for both windows . How do I order all the whole assembly?

The parts used in the video suggested are the 39-316 operator, 39-514 bracket, 19-114L handle, and 39-105 detach clip. We also sell the opposite sides for these parts with our 39-315 operator and 39-513 bracket. The detach clip and handle would remain the same.
