Appears water leaking at exterior mull tape/cover.Edges curling at exterior .Water getting under sill and to interior drywall,carpeting .Need replace exterior mull cover existing 3/4". Also replacement top and bottom sash locks.

Unfortunately, our company does not carry replacement mullions or framing, which would be specific to the manufacturer.
As for your lock and vent latch, take a look and compare the specifications of the 90-253 cover, 90-252 latch, and 90-260 vent latch to your original hardware. Thanks for posting!
