Silverline Casement Window Replacement Parts

Attached are the parts that we are looking for our Silverline Casement windows. We have been told it is IMPOSSIBLE to get replacements for and I'm hoping me bumping into your YouTube video will start a wonderful business relationship with you as we go thru these parts like water and many of our communities have broken windows.
