Silverline casement window operator

Question

The Silverline casement window operator (2002?) recently broke/stripped and I am unable to open or close the window on the right. Attached is photo of the opposite side. The inside photo is from the side needing replacement. I am unable to identify the correct replacement part. Can you help me? Thanks.

Thanks for posting! This operator is an older, discontinued GU window operator. To replace it we suggest using the 39-315 Truth Dyad Operator. The opposite handed operator is the 39-316. Take a look at the video tutorial below for a detailed explanation on how to complete the conversion.
