Silverline parts needed!

I am hoping someone can help me pick out the replacement parts. I need for my Silverline windows. Please excuse the dirty photographs. I tried to include the sticker that may have more model information, but admittedly it is a bit aged. The windows are probably about 15 years old. As it stands now, something broke and The lower pain is very heavy and will not stay up.

The plastic casing around the coil balance has a number seven printed on it and the shoe part is blue. The bottom window panel weighs about 14 pounds in total. I believe the coil itself is what has broken?

Thanks for writing in! The photos of the hardware are sufficient for identifying the hardware, the stickers do not really give information about the hardware installed in the window. That said, your coil housing appears to be the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot, which is compatible with the Series 180 Coil Balance. You'll need the S180-07 for your 14lb sash.

Your pivot bar appears to have a casing like the 26-382S but you'd need to remove it and compare the dimensions to be sure that it is the right replacement.

This is compatible with either the 26-040, 26-083, or the 26-089 pivot bar. You'll need to measure the installation hole placement to determine which of these is the right fit.
