I need the balance springs, the shoe, and the foot to go into the shoe that attaches to the bottom of the window
it is a single hung window the weighs about 21 lbs

We do not carry your exact pivot shoe, but we recommend reviewing the 15-228 as a replacement option. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

This shoe is compatible with the 3/8" thick Series 165 coils or the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil springs. Can you confirm this measurement to move forward as well if there are any numbers marked into spring? From there we can determine the correct weighted spring options for your window sash. Thank you!

The coil is 3/8 wide and the dimensions match on the shoe. Do you also have the foot that is on the bottom of the window
also I sent a picture of the simington numbers from the window does that not help you?.

Unfortunately we are not able to cross reference the numbers on the sticker provided. Do you have a picture of the foot being referred to?

For a 3/8" spring, you would need the Series 165 coil springs. For a 21 pound sash, you can stack (1) S165-6 and (1) S165-5 on each side of the window along with the 15-204 dual support. This will give you 22 pounds of support. As long as the coils are within a pound, these will support the sash.
