What part # would these be?
1st 3 pics are of the balance needed and the other is a cam lock.
Distance between cam lock screw holes measure 2 1/16".
Came off a doublehung Simonton window purchased in 2011.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't have an exact match for your coil balance assembly but we recommend the 15-259 and Series 159 coil springs as replacements. The video below will go over the replacement steps. Note that you will also need the 26-083 pivot bar. If you can get back to us with the exact weight of the window sash, we can calculate the needed coil spring weights.

As for the lock, can you show us a photo of the front? We'd also like you to write out the backset which is measured from the center of the installation hole to the top edge of the lock.

Hopefuuly we can finish this today? I didn't know this reply would go directly to you.

The window sash weight is 21.4 lbs.

How does that work Emily? Do you divide the weight between the 2 sides? So each side would be 10.7 lb.? I need 2 springs on the one side so would I order (2) 5.5 lb. Series 159 3/4" Coil Balance weights along with a (1) 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe, and (2) 2 1/2" 26-083 Pivot Bars?

Attached is a photo of the cam lock and I spoke with Steve yesterday and he came back with a 90-161 Window latch & keeper 2 1/16"

Do I got it right now?

You could use two 5.5-pound coils on each side to support your sash weight, but I would personally opt to use one S159-10 spring on each side with the 15-255 single support to reduce the number of parts you need to purchase. You also picked out the correct pivot shoes and pivot bars as indicated in our conversion video.

I agree that the 90-161 Steve mentioned could be a good replacement as long as the hole spacing and backset shown below match yours.

Thank you so much Emily. I should have waited for your reply and saved $11.04!
I got a kick out of Ben (I believe I have his name right?) I was gonna go with parts for 1 side and he came back with "would you change 1 shock on your car" :) I had to laugh being an engineer on a offshore tugboat, where you change things in pairs or sets.
I pulled the trigger on the other way with more parts, oh well "live and learn"
