I need help identifying the replacement parts for these dual arms. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from us to identify the parts.

Hello there!

We appreciate you reaching out to us. Your operator appears to match our 39-438B & 39-439B or 39-253LB & 39-253RB. The important difference between these parts is the guide used at the end of the arm which is explained in the video below. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you I am waiting on a confirmation from the customer on which one it is. It does appear a second component will need replacing as well, I've attached another photo, the second part in question is the rusted arm can you help direct on that one as well please?

Certainly! It looks like your customer needs a new hinge. I recommend you start by taking a look at the 36-048. Review the specifications and see how they compare with the old hinge. Just be sure to replace the top and bottom at the same time!

Ok great we went out and assessed today and it looks like we need the truth brand cranks #41011
The hinges have the number 31858 and a C in another area on them, the dual arms do appear to be the 39-253RB & LB and we will also need plastic slide pieces 39-529 we are looking to order these parts in bulk, is there a specific department we should order through?

We ordered the 2- Bar Hinge Set, 10" item number 36-048 but we need 13" sets, can you help me find that size option please?

We don't sell a 2-bar hinge set with a 13" base, unfortunately. However, we do sell 14" hinges that may work just as well. Take a look at the specifications for the 36-049 and 36-004-14 to see what you think.
