Hey there!

Our 15-199 is my recommendation. This is designed to work with the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 coil springs. You'll have to measure the width of the coil band to confirm which is best for your repair. As for the pivot bar, see if the specifications of the 26-378 match up with your old one.
