Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say I cannot use the window stickers to identify the window balances. I'll need to see clear, unobstructed photos of the hardware to determine the correct replacement matches.

Here are two pictures of the should be the parts I would like to order.
The Balance Assembly (Internal) pictures that I am attaching, do not show the spring bands or attachment screw that I would assume would be part of the Assembly? I would like to order four (4).

Thanks for your post! Your exact coil balance assemblies are no longer available but we have a solution that will work to replace them. To replace the shoe you'll need the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe. I'm confident it should work as a replacement but be sure to carefully review and compare the dimensions on the website.
Your existing pivot bar will not be compatible, so you'll also need the 26-083 Pivot Bar.
The compatible coil springs are the Series 159 Coil Balance. For instructions on selecting the correct coil weight option for the repair, take a look at the video tutorial below.
The compatible coil spring covers are the 15-255 (single; for assemblies that use one coil) and 15-256 (double; for assemblies that use two coils).
