Question

The parts circled in the photos have all dry-rotted and disintegrated on one of my Simonton windows. Looking to find replacements for what I believe to be the tilt latch, shoe, coil (and how do I know coil weight?), and coil cover. Thanks.

Hey there! Thanks for contacting us. Please check out our 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches and compare our measurements to yours. We suggest the 15-199 pivot shoe, which implies a Series 165 coil balance and 15-205 cover. Series 165 is 3/8" thick. The number on the old coil spring will help you select the strength option.
