Simonton Window Balancer Kit

Good morning!  Hoping you can identify what is needed to repair my window.  The 2nd picture is the cover over the springs.  The springs are stamped "#5.0 35" 5232208, #4.0 35" 5232208, #5.0 35" 5232208".  Any help would be much appreciated!  Thanks!

Starting with your pivot shoe, see if the measurements of our 15-199 match up. This can be used with the Series 165 coil springs. Your coil spring should have some sort of stamped number or marking to tell you which spring strength weight to choose. If it does not, please get back to us with the exact weight of your sash. Lastly, the spring cover will be our 15-205. Review all the replacement parts provided and let us know if any other questions come up.
