Hi. I have the basic single tilt latch 3 x 5 Simonton windows.
I believe I need coil balance constant, tilt latch and quick tilt pivot shoe sash carrier for 2 of my windows. (Window is fixed on top)
Please help me figure out what to order.

You may be looking for tilt latches like our 2-5/8" long 26-419 and 26-420 or 26-243 and 26-244 but you'll need to compare all of the dimensions on both product pages to see which latch pair will work for you.
As for your coil balance, we would need to see your coil and the pivot shoe they anchor to removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We'll relate a video to assist you. Thank you!
We can't say for sure with the hardware still in the window, but your pivot shoe resembles our 15-199, which uses either the Series 160 and Series 165 constant force coils, depending on the thickness of your original springs.
