Hello, Bhupen. I'm afraid I can't identify what you have based on these photos alone. In order to identify the coil balance, I need to see the complete assembly, including the pivot shoe. Please let me know if that would be possible.

I'm afraid that these photos don't tell me anything new. I can't see any more of the balance assembly, just photos of the window itself.

In order to further assist you, I need to see that pivot shoe. It really is the key detail here. You don't have to take it out of the window necessarily, a photo of it in the track should be enough, but you at least have to take the sash out first.

You're still not showing the pivot shoe, unfortunately. Like I mentioned before, you have to take the sash out first. It's not enough to just tilt it in. As long as the sash is in the window there's no way for me to see the pivot shoe itself. It's too obscured.

We really just need one photo, which is a clear shot of the pivot shoe. Multiple photos won't really give us any additional information at this stage.

Perfect, thank you! That is precisely what I need to see.

That pivot shoe appears to be a match for our 15-199. This is designed to work with two different sized springs: the 1/2" Series 160 or the 3/8" Series 165. You will need to measure the width of the band of your original spring to confirm the better option.

I believe you have the 3/8" Series 165, but that's just an educated guess. You should measure to be 100% sure. You have to remove them anyway to get the right weight stamp. Assuming that I'm correct, you'll also want the 15-204 double coil support.

As for the tilt latches, my recommendation would be the 26-243 and 26-244.

Thanks for great info.

I believed that I do not need to replace coil.

1. I need to just replace pivot shoe both the side
2. I need coil support on both the side
3. Can you also suggest screw needed ?

For lock or latch replacement, can you send me video link so I can easily understand ?

Sounds good! I believe our screw cover uses a #8 screw, but I recommend taking one of your originals to a local hardware store to have them match up the length. The length of the mounting screw can be different from window to window.

As for the tilt latches, you may find the video below to be helpful.

Assuming that your other window uses the same balance system, then the same products I mentioned above will be what you need to consider. If it's a different design, however, then we will need to start from scratch with pictures of the pivot shoe.
