Is there a replacement part for this out of production? Simonton window part. Need both the counter balance and part that fits the sliding window.

There sure is. Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-199, which indicates that our Series 160 coil spring and 15-205 triple spring cover will match the damaged hardware I see in your photos. Look these products over and let me know if you agree.

I removed the balance from the window and yes, the above parts would fit nicely (3 coil springs (#4's) per spring cover) and have ordered them. Thanks.
