Hi,
I have a bottom sash, Simonton I believe, installed 1996, 35.5 inches by 25 inches. Each side has two springs 405 J. Photo attached. The broken parts are both pivots and one shoe. The springs appear OK. They attach to the shoe with a single screw. I'd like to replace both pivots and both shoes. Do I need to buy new springs too?
Thanks, your site is great.

Hey there Steve!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Since you have a Simonton window, I recommend the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil springs. You'll need the 26-083 pivot bar as well for this conversion. You may also need the 15-255 or 15-256 depending on the number of springs per side. The video below will go over the replacement process.

I'll be here if you have any questions!
