Simonton ultimate 9800 series double hung balancer kit

Question

Please help...I purchased several simonton ultimate 9800 series windows and 3 balancers top and bottom are broken where the cam attaches. Each window is 31.5x59" and will need 12 total. I am having a very hard time finding these pieces online and just want to be able to open my windows without having them drop down. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks for writing in! This Simonton balance assembly is no longer available but we have a replacement solution that will work for your window repair. We recommend using the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe, 26-083 Pivot Bar, 15-256 Coil Double Support and the Series 159 Coil Balance. The dimensions for the hardware can be viewed directly on the website.

Take a look over the tutorial below for instructions on completing the conversion. There is a video tutorial, tagged below this thread, with instructions on selecting the correct coil weight option.
