In regard to what looks to be a piece of your bubble seal, I'll need to see the end profile view of an undamaged piece of your weather strip. You'll also need to have an undamaged piece to accurately compare the dimesions.
Your coil balance pivot shoe looks a lot like our 15-199. Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe to confirm that this is the right fit. I am confident these are the replacement shoes you'll need.
This pivot shoe is compatible with either the Series 160 (1/2" width) or the Series 165 (3/8" width) coil balance springs. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the width of your coils. Then you'll need to look for any stamps/markings that will indicate the spring strength needed for your window.
If there are no stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide it by the total number of coils in the window. That number will be the spring strength you'll need.
The end of your pivot bar reminds me of our 26-378. To confirm that this is the right replacement, you'll want to find an undamaged pivot bar. Carefully compare the dimensions to determine if this is the right replacement.
Thanks for confirming the measurement and for the photo. You can replace your bubble seal weather strip with either our Foam Filled Bulb (58-182) or our Hollow Foam Seal (58-183). These both have a 3/16" diameter and work equally as well as the other. The one you choose will be based on your preference.
