Simonton window coil balance replacement

Hello, I am in need of parts to replace my bathroom double hung broken window coil balance. Please let me know which part I should order. For the steel coil, how many I need to order. Not sure if just one or two or three. Thanks.

Hello there! Your pivot shoe looks like a dead ringer for our 15-199, which is compatible with both the 1/2" thick Series 160 and 3/8" thick Series 165. You will have to measure your original spring to confirm which one of those options is best for you.

Thanks. Will the pivot shoe 15-199 fit my current pivot bar? See attached pic.

Sure, that should be fine. That pivot bar looks like our 26-378, which is fully compatible with the 15-199.
