We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we can't determine what you need with the original hardware still installed. For the tilt latch, we'll need to see an intact version from another window. We'll also need to see an undamaged pivot bar, pivot shoe and the original coil springs uninstalled to compare to our inventory. See the videos related on this page to help you through the process. Thanks for getting back to us. I can't be sure with the hardware still in the window jamb, but the 17/32" thick 15-199 Pivot Shoe would be a good place to start, which works with either 1/2" thick Series 160 springs or the 3/8" thick Series 165 springs. There should be numbers stamped directly on the original coils that indicate the strength options needed for your replacements. The compatible covers can be found under the related items section of the coil spring product page.
We also offer the 26-378 pivot bar commonly used with this setup, but the dimensions below would be the determining factor.
As for the tilt latches, take a look and compare the specifications of the 26-390 and 26-391 slim top latches to yours.
