Hey Jeff. This looks like a 15-199 Pivot Shoe, which works with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balances or the 3/8" thick Series 165 springs. Measure the thickness of your old springs to discern what you need. For the pivot bar, please show us an undamaged version to narrow down what you might need. We'll do our best to help from there. Thanks. Note the photo of the bar that pivots at the bottom. Is is 3 inches long and 1/4 wide. I had to set the two broken pieces together to get a view as a whole.

Thanks for posting again. See our 26-378 Pivot Bar. This looks like yours and is often seen with the 15-199, but please confirm.
