I want to replace Simonton window coil balance and tilt Shoe Sash
Carrier.
I am looking for:
Quick-Tilt Pivot Shoe Sash Carrier and window coil balance
Simonton windows installed in 2008. Do I need a special tool to do this?

Can you identify the parts and let me know the cost.

I would recommend removing your pivot shoe to compare to the 17/32" thick 15-199 shown below. It seems like you might be asking if the 15-215 can replace your part. If so, I can confirm that your original window coil springs would not be compatible with the quick-tilt assembly, though it may theoretically fit inside the window channel. I would recommend sticking with the 15-199 since it is always good to use exact replacement parts when possible. Thanks for posting.
