Question

Plastic cover over coiled metal is breaking on several Windows that are 15 years old.

Thanks for posting! Hopefully we can help. First, determine the thickness of the coil spring inside your housing. For a 1/2" thick spring, I recommend our 15-150D. For a 3/8" thick spring, consider our 15-204 instead. Keep in mind that our new style coil spring covers now only use one installation screw.
