Single Arm Casement Operators

Hi.
I was wondering what the difference is between the 39-027E Ellipse style single arm operator and the 39-412 Offset operator. The descriptions for both are the same.

Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out to us! The difference between these two operators is that the 39-412 has an offset arm. Take a look at the diagram below noting how this offset would appear on the operator arm. Otherwise, they share the same measurements.

If your original operator does not have this offset, you'll need the 39-027E.
