Single Hung Pella tilt out balance

I need tilt out balances. These are marked 26CBSItl. They are 26" and very similar to your s795 but it has a 1" cam similar to your 15-194. I need 4 of these balances.

Hello! I agree, your balance is very similar to our Series  795. Aside from the shoe being our 15-194, however, it also appears that yours installs at the top of the window using a hook, rather than a screw. Can you confirm?

Such a balance would have to be custom made with a 15-198 at the top rather than the default screw tab. Please let me know if that's something you want to pursue and I can then email you a custom purchase link and price quote that will let you place an order on our site.

It is a hook but since it is a vinyl window, I should just be able to use a screw shouldn't I? If not then I would like the price of what you suggested

Well, that's tricky. You'd have to drill a hole above or below the existing hole, which could affect the travel of your balance. We always recommend sticking with the original configuration just to be safe. It's ultimately up to you, though.

Come to mention it, there is actually a bit of a shortcut to this situation but it's somewhat uncommon. Would it be possible to see the hole where the old hook installs? That would allow me to confirm if my shortcut can work for you. It would totally circumvent the need for a custom order.

Thank you! This is a huge help.

You lucked out here. The hole in your window track is square, which means you can use our 26-200 screw plug. This is a 1/2" x 1/2" plastic anchor that pops right into that hole and allows you to install the Series 795 using a screw. No custom order necessary.

How do I order the Series 795 with a 1" cam instead of 1-1/4" ?

You can just buy the 15-194 separately and swap the shoes out once you get them. They just pop on and off so it's very simple. The video below will show you how.
