You're showing me two parts here: the operator and the hinge. Can you specify which one you need?

If you need the operator, kindly disconnect the long arm from the track and show me a photo of the guide at the end. This is a vital detail but missing from these pictures.

If you need the hinge, all I need to know is the length of the track that screws into the sill.

I need the operator, and the hinge assembly both. The track that is on the underside of the window is 14.5 inches. Which is still attached to the underside of the window, but the arm, slide mechanism, and operator is missing. I hope these photos help, the sliding mechanism (black part) on the underside of the window seems to be very different than anything I see online or in the stores.

Thanks! This is very helpful. Your operators appear to match our 39-438B and 39-439B. They have the same arm guide as yours. We also sell the 39-452 ad 39-451 cover/handle sets, in case your old covers can't be reused.

For the hinge, I suggest our 36-049. This is 14" long and should work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time.
