Single casement window operator replacement

It seams like the slpine my be broken on this operator. If I understand correctly the entire operator needs to be replaced. Can you help me idenfity the part? I will also need a cover. Thx

Please review the style of the 39-035 and 39-036 operators. Compare the overall dimensions and orientation to confirm a good fit!
