Question

Not knowing what I need.  Just bought this condo, there is a double latch in the side for attachment.

Hello,

We can't be sure what parts you need without seeing the original hardware but I can say that your door wouldn't be compatible with the recessed handle shown in your last photo. We can't make any guarantees but I have a few parts in mind depending on how the specifications compare to your door cutout and mounting holes.

For the handles, take a look at the 82-030 and see if the 3-15/16" mounting holes match the ones in your door. For the mortise lock, review the 82-265 or 82-260 recessed mortise lock. Both options would be compatible with the 82-249 keeper. Review the images below to see if any of these parts could work for your application. Thanks for posting.
