Two questions
Can I switch to a tandem roller? Repair house suggested upgrade to tandem.
Can I get Nylon rollers to help with door noise? Live in a condo and the door noise travels to other units.

I believe you are describing the 81-020 patio glass door roller assembly that was used by Keller Industries. We don't have it with a nylon wheel, but we have a tandem roller assembly, 81-153, that should fit your door. Please compare these parts to see if you agree with my recommendation.
