Slot clip needed?

Hello,
I ordered qty=12, S795-27 : 27" Series 795 Channel Balances. When I received them, I noticed that they had a different clip interface. The ones I ordered (order #2067388) had a hole in the end for a screw interface. The ones I am replacing have a bent clip and slot interface in the window frame.

Should I return the ones I ordered for the correct interface? Would there be a return shipping charge? Or, can I modify the ones I ordered?

Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like your balance installs using the 15-198 hook instead of a screw clip like our Series 795. This type of configuration isn't a stock part of ours but we'd be happy to provide it for you via custom order. Before we go that route though, could you show me a photo of the hole in the jamb?
