Spiral Balance replacement-Don't know what to get! Please help!

One of my windows decided to not stay open and after trying to see what the issue was, the spiral balance fell down thru the tube on one side and wouldn't stay back up.
I am ASSUMING I need to replace them but wanted to ask what exactly I need to get. Because I am clueless when it comes to windows besides watching YouTube videos and reading up on the issue.
The windows in my house are old and haven't been replaced since it was built in 2005. They are non-tilt windows, and there is no way to remove them unless I rip out the frame.
I have attached 5 pictures to this and will add a few more since the limit is 5 pictures, to show the balance itself and length along with what the bottom of the window looks like. So far, I have yet to see a video with windows that are similar to mine, so I am seeking advice and assistance here!
Thank you in advance.

Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. The balance shown here looks like a match for the 3/8" Series 400 or 5/8" Series 500 spiral balances depending on the outer tube diameter. There are brackets under the Related Item(s) section on these parts' store page but the best match will depend on the original.
To determine the appropriate tip color option, you'll have to weigh the window sash. You can put the scale on the sill and gently lower the sash on top of it then refer to the chart under the product description on the S400-30 and S500-30 store pages.
Let us know if you have any questions!

You're welcome! All balances are sold individually. Orders can be placed directly on our site at your convenience.
