Question

I have a rod that 29" black tip matches your series 400 Spiral Balance. S400-29 but it looks like you don't offer a black tip

Can you confirm the diameter of the outside metal tube? That measurement on our Series 400 is 3/8. If yours is 5/8" or 9/16", see our S500-29 instead. They do not make 3/8" spiral balances with a Black Tip as an option. If your outer diameter is 3/8", let me know the weight of your sash and we can recommend something.
