Spiral balance

Hello

Attached are a few pictures from the window. The problem is, the bottom sash will not stay when open so I’m sure it’s the balance. From the attached pictures, what can you recommend for replacement parts. The tube the spiral is in is 21” long and the shroud is 9/16” in diameter with a blue tip. I’m not sure what the pivot is but maybe you know and can recommend.

Hey there,

Thanks for posting! Your spiral balance can likely be replaced with the S600-21 with a blue tip.

In regard to the shoe, you'll need to remove yours to confirm its dimensions. This balance is typically used along with the 15-015, 15-046, and 15-047; you can find their measurements on the website.
