Green Tip Series 400?

Diameter is 3/8", length of the tube is 25". I believe I need the 400 series but there is no tip color option? Current tip is green.
The second photo shows what the spiral attaches to at the base of the sash. Do I need to purchase anything other than just the spiral balance?

I agree, the Series 400 appears to be our best match. We could custom make one with a Green Tip, but before we do that I would like to confirm that that's what's necessary. Can you weigh your sash and tell me how heavy it is? That will allow me to confirm that our Green Tip is what you want.

It weighs right just a little over 20 pounds

In that case I would recommend the Red Tip, which comes with the S400-25 by default. Two balances with this color can carry up to 22 pounds of weight.
