Split arm operator

Question

Trying to identify an item.  Made in USA, has a logo on it (Truth), and the numbers R30842.  On the back it has U.S. PAT. 4,241,541 also PAT. 1982.  I need to replace the left snd right operator.

Your photos look like an older version of the 39-035 and 39-036 Entrygard casement operators. Take a look and see how the specifications compare. Thank you!
