Stripped Gears

Question

Gears are stripped.  Part has 20810 stamped on an arm on the back, and 30841 stamped on an arm on the front.  It does not have te long arm going into a slot on the window.

Thanks for writing in! This exact operator is no longer available but the 39-035 Truth Hardware EntryGard Dyad Window Operator will work to replace it. The opposite versions is the 39-036. Take a look over the dimensions below and compare them.
