Stripped gears

A quick learner from Washington DC says:
Hello! Not sure the make of this window, hence the search! Hopefully the picture is enough. Need a new gear to open and close the window since the current one doesn't grip enough to close.

This appears to be either a 39-253LB & 39-253RB, or the 39-439B & 39-438B. The only difference between these two sets of operators is the attachment at the end of the straight arm. The video below explains more.
