Swisco entrygard dual arm operator 39-031

Question

Hi, I ordered the 39-031 as I had purchased it previously for another window and it worked fine. When I went to do the replacement on another windor the link arm is too long. The old link arm is 2 13/16" whereas this one is 4 7/16". I looked at the 39-155 which has a shorter arm but it is still 3 13/16". Will that one work and may I return to 39-031? Hello there, and sorry about your trouble. If you still need to return the 39-031, see our return policy here. You pretty much figured it out--these three operators, the 39-031, 39-155, and 39-334, are tricky, since they are identical in design but just have different link arm lengths. The 39-334 indeed has a 2-13/16" long link arm, so as long as everything else matches up, this should work for you. Let me know if you have further questions.
