Syad Window operator.

I ordered one 39-035 and one 39-036. When trying to install the mechanism I discovered the extension arm is shorter than the original. Is there a different model I should be looking for?

Hi there!

Can you show us your original operator? We'll need to see it uninstalled from the window so that we can see the entire mechanism, arms and all.

What do I need to measure to make sure I order the correct replacement operator?

As Emily mentioned in her original response, we'll need to see a photo of your original operator, including the arms that move the sash, to compare to our inventory. Also, please write out your exact measurement as compared to the 3-15/16" link arm shown below. Thank you!
