T-Lock Balance Shoes

We unfortunately don't sell a version of the 15-194 that will fit that deep groove. You would need to purchase a whole new balance with the shoe separately.

Before we go any further, I'd like a photo of the hole in your window frame where the balance hook installs. This balance may need to be a custom order due to that hook, but seeing the hole in question will allow me to verify.

Thank you, this is exactly what I asked for. The bad news is that due to the shape of that hole, these balances will need to be custom made. There's no way around it.

To summarize what we'll be doing, we'd use our Series 795 channel as a base. Then, we swap the top screw clip out for the 15-198 hook. That's more or less the extent of it.

You would also need to buy the 15-194 shoe separately and attach it to the balance once you receive them. That is unfortunately not an alteration we can make in our shop at this time for logistical reasons, but since you already purchased them, you can just use the ones you already bought.

If that sounds good to you, please just tell me the following details for each balance:

• Length of the metal channel
• Stamp printed on channel
• Quantity you wanted to buy

Once I have that data, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote that will let you add these balances to your cart.
