T lock shoe for window balance

Question

I'm looking for replacement shoes for windows in several of my buildings. I can find some that will fit the channel if the window but cannot find one that will hook onto the channel balance itself.

I'm afraid we don't have a shoe that will fit in your old metal channel, due to that metal indentation at the end of it. You will need an all new balance. We can help, but it will have to be specially made. Before we begin, can you just tell me how many balances you need? Can you also tell me what the stamp on your balance reads?

Basically, we would be using our Series 795 but with the top clip replaced with our 15-198 hook. Once I know the stamp and how many you need, I will email you a special order link and price quote.
