TRUTH Hinge and Crank

Question

I have multiple windows that will need cranks but I want to start with just this one.  My contractor ask for this one a hinge and a crank but the other windows just seem to have crank problems.  Love your help on this.  These are Crestview windows [came highly recommended???] purchased in 2003.

Take a look and compare our 39-315 and 39-316 operators to yours, as well as the 36-048 hinge set. Thanks for posting!
