The main lock for a patio door

Question

All I know about this door is it has a JW stamped on the handles. door is in perfect condition would like a new lock and handle if possible. It looks like an 82-260 or an 82-265. Your mortise lock looks to be a close replacement with the 82-260 as you've mentioned. Although, since the photo is of the back of the lock, its a bit difficult to tell. You'll need to take a look over the dimensions and design on the diagrams below to confirm that this is the right replacement.
