I need the whole set up on both sides for the top sash. Looks like each side has 2) coil spring balances connected to the tilt mechanism

Hi there!
Your pivot shoe resembles our 15-177 which is used with the Series 152 coil springs, but you'll need to remove it from your window to confirm your dimensions match up to ours.
As for your pivot bar, start by looking at our 26-226. Carefully compare your dimensions to ours and see if this matches up for what you need.

You're correct on the pivot bar. I was able to remove the shoe and you're correct on the shoe. Great!!.
Now I just need the proper coil spring. You can see in my picture I have 2 of them stacked. No stamp on mine at all. My top sash weighs 23lbs if that helps any. Please advise. Thanks Emily!

I just sent a reply stating I didn't see a stamp on my coil spring. After a 3rd look I see "7K" stamped on it. Does that mean anything?

You can replace them with two S152-6 coils on each side.
