Casement Operator Needed

Question

I'm in need of a replacement crank mechanism for a Therma Gard casement window. Part # on the arm is 30637. When the window is fully open, the arm is 4.5 inches long.

Thanks for writing in. I can't be entirely sure what you need without seeing photos, but start by looking at our 39-036 and 39-035. See if these are what you need; if not, show us photos of your old operator out of the window, including the link arm(s). Many thanks.
