Tilt Channel balance

This part slipped out of the tilt channel balance and is worn out. I hope these pics are enough but I can get any other pics you need. Thanks!

Is this shoe 1" wide? If so, our 15-194 is our closest match. However, your shoe has a characteristic groove in the stem, which is meant to interface with a similar groove in the channel balance. I am afraid our balances and shoes lack this groove. Therefore you will need not only the 15-194, you will need new Series 795 Channel Balances as well. This article here explains what you need to know to replace the balance.
