Tilt Window Repairs

Question

I need the tilt balance. Mine plastic housing is for 3 spring but only used 2. I need the 3 inch T and the window releases right and left. Several sets of each. My house built in 2007.

Your balance assembly resembles the 15-199 pivot shoe that is compatible with either the 1/2" wide Series 160 coils or 3/8" wide Series 165 coils. You will need to compare dimensions to determine the best fit. Please also review the 26-378 pivot bar.

For the tilt latches, please start by reviewing the dimensions of the 26-243 and 26-244 latches. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
