Tilt balance hook top

Question

Looking for two of the following replacements. Appears to be a 34C on the side.
We would like to order 2 with SWISCO adding the hook to each. How do we order?

Thanks for posting. We'd be happy to custom build these balances to you. I just emailed you a custom link to order (2) 34" Series 795 balances, stamped 34C, and with the 15-198 hook attached on top. The T-Lock Shoe will be our 1-1/4" 15-195. Let me know if this all looks right to you before proceeding to order. Please allow us at least four to five business weeks to get these parts in supply, assembled, and shipped out to you.
