Tilt design window balance 1/2" x 1/2"

Question

I am looking for a replacement window balance.  I have attached photos of the hook, shoe and part ID (BSI 26D).  Channel is 1/2" x 1/2".  Shoe size is 1-1/4" wide X 17/32" thick.  Spring is attached to the shoe end.  Let me know if there is more info or photos that you need to identify the appropriate replacement part.

Please see the Series 795 channel balance as a replacement option. Your balances installs at the top with the 15-198 hook. This configuration will require a custom order to assemble for you.

To further review, can we see the back of the T-lock shoe?
