Tilt in window balances (2)

Hey there! We would love to help you out. Can you please attach some photos of both ends of your balance? I also need the length of the metal channel and the width of the back of the channel. Also, is the metal on the back flat or ribbed? Please take a look at our guide to selecting channel balances.

Thanks for your question. We don't have your particular coil spring and pivot shoe set-up, but we do have one that works like yours under our Series 140 coil spring combination. We will need to see your pivot pin attached to your sash in addition to the weight of your sash and the width of your window track.
